Fiberglass handrails are commercial railing systems for stair rails, platform/walkway handrails and guardrails.

FRP handrail systems are easily assembled and installed from durable, prefabricated modular components or can be custom designed for specific applications. Options include horizontal or inclined FRP square tube and round tube railing systems with two or three rails. Specialty picketed guardrail systems are also available. Our engineering and fabrication services enable us to offer a wide range of FRP railing options to fit any project, from the smallest platform to massive, complex structures.

Advantages

Ease of Assembly: our handrail is produced in lightweight standard sections that include both post and rail. The system can be prefabricated in large sections and shipped to the site or fabricated and installed on site with simple carpenter tools.

Cost Effectiveness: Fiberglass components and easy to assemble design provide savings on labor and maintenance, resulting in long term savings and eliminating the cost and inconvenience of “downtime for repairs” in plant operations.

Low Maintenance: Corrosion resistant fiberglass with molded-in color will outlast aluminum or steel systems with virtually no maintenance.

UV Coating: An industrial grade polyurethane coating may be applied to the finished handrail and/or ladder and cage for additional protection in outdoor applications. Standard handrail systems are unpainted; the polyurethane UV coating must be requested when ordered.

Colors: our handrail systems are produced in a standard safety yellow color and grey color. Other colors are available upon request.

Square tube 50mm handrail

The square fiberglass handrail system is ideal for any high traffic area where handrail is needed. The handrail system meets OSHA strength requirements with a 2:1 factor of safety with 6-foot maximum post spacing. Internally bonded fiberglass connectors result in no visible rivets or metal parts. The handrail system includes a UV inhibitor for additional resistance to ultraviolet degradation and corrosion.  The square handrail system is the most commonly used system because it is the most economical industrial handrail and easily fabricated in the field.

Round Tube 50mm handrail system

The round fiberglass handrail system is ideal for any high traffic area where handrail is needed. The round rails are easy to grip and 90º molded corners eliminate sharp edges. The handrail system meets OSHA strength requirements with a 2:1 factor of safety with 5-foot maximum post spacing. Internally bonded fiberglass connectors result in no visible rivets or metal parts. The handrail system includes a UV inhibitor for additional resistance to ultraviolet degradation and corrosion. The round handrail system is commonly used in food and agricultural environments due to very little dust and debris accumulation.

Omega Top Handrail system

Omega Top industrial fiberglass handrail is an economical commercial railing system designed for long runs on platforms and walkways. The railing system is designed for fabrication efficiency and is not particularly well-suited for stair rails with twists and turns. Our Omega Top have two types,  can fit with round tube square tube 50mm, and  Round tube and Square tube 60mm,
